Each chapter can be read independently, depending on your personal interest, and is based either on a specific experience lived at some point or on the expertise gained during the author's active sports career.

A lot of attention is given to the analysis and determination of racing lines, driving position, and specific skills such as braking and overtaking. This is the result of Steven's experience: nearly 30 years on track, 25 years of data acquisition ("data recording"), and 30 years of obsession with suspension, all topped off by many years as an instructor.
